These draft terms describe the intended commercial service and are not an activated payment agreement. Create an account with accurate details; keep authentication and recovery codes private.
Services and modules
Wedalio includes personal planning, journals, projects, education, fitness, music, influencer, style, family and creative studios. Users can combine modules. Student/pupil access follows the declared profile; partner access requires approval. Availability and prices are shown before purchase, and a free period does not authorise automatic charging.
Your content
You retain rights to your content. You give the operator the limited rights necessary to host, process and display it according to your privacy and publishing choices. You must have permission to upload other people’s images, invitations, logos or protected works. Public publishing is your affirmative choice.
Acceptable use
No illegal content, threats, harassment, exploitation, hate, scams, spam, impersonation, unauthorised access or infringement. Do not use the service for emergency, medical or legal decision making. Fitness records are an organisational tool, not a diagnosis or supervised training prescription.
AI and third-party offers
AI outputs can be inaccurate and must be checked. Digitalna kuhinja and other advertisers may show their offers; each listing identifies the provider. A demo or external link is not a booking confirmation. The responsible seller and all applicable terms must be disclosed before any reservation or payment.
Payments and cancellation
Monthly module prices are pending and checkout remains disabled. Family’s proposed amount is EUR 30 once; it is not currently collected. Future purchases must show seller, total including applicable tax, duration, renewal terms, delivery, cancellation and withdrawal information before you commit. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. See Subscriptions & refunds.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that AI results suit every purpose. No clause excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer digital-service rights. Consumers retain mandatory protections of their residence. Business-specific limits and the governing law must be reviewed for the confirmed operator.
Closing an account and disputes
Export your records before requesting closure. Deleting an account and cancelling a paid subscription are separate actions until a verified billing integration completes both. Use support for complaints. The competent court, applicable alternative dispute resolution body and operator contact must be confirmed. Do not rely on the discontinued EU ODR platform as a dispute channel.
