Current payment status
Checkout is disabled while prices, seller identity and payment provider configuration are pending. There are no active auto-renewing subscriptions created by this release. Student/pupil and approved partner access are free under the current module rules.
Before payment
Display full seller identity, product features, EUR or other explicit currency, tax-inclusive total for consumers, recurring interval, contract duration, renewal price, trial end, cancellation route and any usage limits. Obtain affirmative agreement to recurring charges; do not pre-check it. Send a durable receipt and contract confirmation.
Delivery and renewal
Digital module access is intended to activate after verified successful payment. Do not activate from a client-side success URL alone. Validate provider events server-side and handle duplicate events. Account access after cancellation lasts for the period stated at checkout. Show upcoming renewal information and make cancellation straightforward.
EU withdrawal and service remedies
Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance service contracts, subject to applicable exceptions. Do not assume that a continuing digital service subscription loses withdrawal rights simply when it is used. An immediate start request, proportional service costs and any legally valid exception require the correct separate consent and confirmation. Statutory remedies for non-conforming digital services remain available.
Cancellation, refund and model withdrawal notice
Contact support with your order reference, account e-mail, purchase date and request. Model notice: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for [service], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” No extra reason is required for a valid withdrawal. Final refund timing and provider handling will be published with the activated purchase flow.
Android and store purchases
Digital modules and subscriptions distributed through Google Play will use Google Play Billing unless we are enrolled in a permitted alternative billing/external offers programme and meet its requirements in the customer’s country. There is no such enrolment asserted here. Web Stripe purchases, permitted store purchases and physical/event bookings require separate verified fulfilment and refund flows. This build cannot take in-app subscription payments.
Advertiser bookings
Hotels, travel, event tickets and third-party services have provider-specific fulfilment and cancellation rules disclosed before booking. A listing or partner API response alone does not make Wedalio the seller or package-travel organiser. Do not treat a demo price as an order.
