Parents and guardians control their private Family books and should have the right to upload each child’s pictures, drawings and text. Do not expose school addresses or sensitive information in public posts.
Young users
School and pupil modules do not implement a verified parental authorisation programme. Their free entitlement is a profile feature and must not be represented as proof of age or guardian consent. A child-directed service requires a reviewed age policy, appropriate parental verification, safeguards and store declarations before release.
Reporting or removing a child’s data
Use the Privacy & account page to request removal. The support team verifies the requester’s authority and seeks to resolve the request promptly. Keep child content out of AI support questions.
