Save your offer, complete publication approval and add a public gallery first. In My offers choose the exact channels and caption, confirm your rights and separately consent to OpenAI screening of the public text and gallery. All choices start off. Private photos are excluded. AI checks run in the background; failures or flagged content cannot be approved. A human administrator reviews clear results and records an approval or rejection reason. Editing or withdrawing an offer invalidates that version of the request. You can withdraw a request in My offers. If a manual social post already exists, an operator must also remove it at the external network; withdrawal alone cannot remove external copies. Official account OAuth connections are not configured in this release: approval prepares a manual export packet and administrators can record an actual publication URL. An export or approval is not a social post. Visitor reports contain only opt-in aggregate counts with groups below five sessions omitted.
