Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook 365 require provider activation and separate account authorisation before a calendar can be selected. Choose import, export or both directions, selected modules, and whether event descriptions may be shared. Private notes and photos are excluded; an attached note stays in Wedalio. A sync normally checks for changes every five minutes and you can also sync manually. Conflicting local and remote changes wait for your choice. Recurring occurrences can receive local reminders; editing a whole recurring series is done in its source app. Import/export .ics files works with compatible calendar apps but is one way. Zapier, Make and n8n connect through an owner-bound private key, with explicit module/direction permissions and idempotency. Keep the key private and revoke it when no longer used. These are custom automation endpoints, not a published official Zapier app. Android allows a notification or alarm per reminder. Enable notification access and Alarms & reminders for exact scheduling. Calendar changes can update or cancel cached phone reminders by Firebase; delivery depends on connectivity. Watches may mirror notifications when allowed by the paired watch application; independent watch alarms are not configured.
